Women for Weapons Trade Transparency
Our programs provide interdisciplinary, intersectional, and cross-cutting analysis of the true causes and unforeseen consequences of conflict.
About
Women for Weapons Trade Transparency (W2T2) is a program of the Center for International Policy. W2T2 promotes transparency in the U.S. arms trade through investigative reporting and publishing original multimedia content to generate public knowledge of militarization and its impact on human security, autonomy, and justice.
Grounded in feminist understandings of the politics of care and intentionally centering populations most directly impacted by the international weapons trade, their work on police militarization explores the intersection of domestic and foreign policy right at the heart of CIP. Learn more and access their reports, toolkits, op-eds, videos, and public education campaigns at https://www.w2t2.org/.
